H series working principle

During the heating cycle,the hot air from the compressor through the double valve directly access to renewable tower,in the tower,the hot dry air to remove the desiccant in a lot of water,and then,after the cooler air to enter in the cool,then,water through the water vapor separator,and with no loss from the discharge valve.finally,air into the dry tower and was eventually asked to dry the dew point.

Left tower dehydration
Regeneration of dehydration stage in full flow after heating,normally takes 90 minutes continued,at the beginning of regeneration tower through muffler decompression.dehydration in the period,a small amount of dry air renewable be used to remove residual moisture in the tower,so that HC series provides a lower dew point.

After the end of the dehydration,renewable tower pressure,cooling began.in the cooling period,the part dry of the export air directly into the regeneration tower to reduce the temperature of the cooling bed. Cooling period there is no air loss.cooling and dehydration can provide the combination of very low dew point temperature.thereby avoiding the double towers of the switch during the dew point and temperature fluctuations.
