Control system
Each blower has a control cabinet in the functional design at the scene. There is a programmable logic controller(PLC), a workable user interface. This control cabinet accept temperature sensors, vibration sensors,dissolved oxygen and pressure instruments-such as the transmitter signal input, in addition to monitoring the control panel start/stop. Based on data from the user or an external signal from the DCS, It allows programming automatically maintain constant air quality.
