Why dry compressed air?
Contamination reduces efficiency
The air we breathe contains contamination in the form of water vapour and airbonrne particles.
During the compression process an air compressor concentrates these contaminants and depending on the design and age will even add to the contamination in the form of oil carry over. Modern air compressors generally have built in aftercoolers that reduce the discharge temperature of the compressed air and with the help of water
separators, remove the bulk of liquid water. In some applications this may be sufficient, but the remaining dirt and moisture content suspended in aerosol form, will, if not removed, damage the compressed air system and cause product spoilage.

 Refrigerated dryer
IR large refrigerated dryer is applied to the air compressed system above 70Nm/min. It can supply to air point with the dryer air of pressure dew point 2-5°C. It is widely used and charges low running cost, which is a reliable and stable dry device.

Heatless desiccant dryer
Heatless desiccant dryer utilize the theory of pressure-swing adsorption, which makes it adsorb in pipe net pressure, then shift to desorption in air pressure and bring back from its outlet about 14% dryer air to purify and regenerate again. Two receivers alternately proceed and supply dry compressed air to the air-use-point.

Heated desiccant dryer
Heated desiccant dryer is to add a heater on the heatless one which makes regeneration. It promotes the regenerated effects while reduces regenerated air consumption.

Compressed heat desiccant dryer
Compressed heat desiccant dryer is to utilize the heat vent from air compressor to heat directly regenerative desiccant. It cancels the use of heater. Meanwhile, because of no air loss, it saves the energy at utmost.

GP filter-
Remove minimum to 1um particles, including oil water mixture, makes oil content in the compressed air to 0.5mg/m3@21℃

HE filter-
Remove minimum to 0.01um particles, including oil water mixture, makes oil content in the compressed air to 0.01mg/m3@21℃( suggest to use together with GP filter)

AC filter-
Activated carbon filter, remove oil mists and savor, makes oil in the compressed air to 0.003mg/m3(<0.003ppm, suggest to use together with HE filter)

DP filter-
Remove minimum to 1um dust particles.
