The 37-PE
Reliability, efficiency, serviceability and low noise-everything you’re looking for in a compressed air solution. All of these qualities are available in the IR 37-PE, a unit specifically designed to deliver optimum acoustic and performance efficiency at 37kW. At 37KW, 7.5barg, FAD reaches 6.2m3/min , however, at full load, noise is only 69dB(A).

Building on a time proven IR airend, the IR 37-PE has some unique benefits that yield the ultimate in reliability:

2. A fully cast separation system designed to last brings quick coolant system maintenance with simplicity in design.
3. The integrated Intellisys microprocessor brings technology to a simple package design. The Intellisys controller automatically selects the optimum control mode thereby saving expensive energy costs.

The most important compressed air solution in today’s global business environment is reliability. An air compressor must deliver maximum uptime along with the quickest routine maintenance. In the IR 37-PE,Ingersoll Rand has achieved the ultimate in reliability.Heat can kill a compressor, but the unique cooling system design in the IR 37-PE lets the compressor operate at the optimum temperature in ambient conditions up to 46°C.Routine maintenance can be a problem if it’s complicated or takes too much time. The spin-on filter elements, quick-change air filter and 9,000-hour coolant in the IR 37-PE makes servicing the compressor fast and easy.

Options to Meet All Operating Conditions
Frost Protection
When site ambient conditions are expected to fall below freezing, IR offers separate field installation kits. For installation convenience, the thermostatically controlled frost protection kits are connected to separate single phase power supplies and include space heaters and trace heating to protect the units down to temperatures as low as -10℃(14F).Once the compressor is running, thermostatic controls switch off the heater circuits.

Power Outage Restart
In the event of a compressor power outage shutdown, Power Outage Restart will automatically provide a visual and audible warning once power is restored and will then automatically restart the compressor and return it to its previous operating condition.

High Ambient Package
Rated for operation in ambient conditions up to 122F (50℃), the High Ambient units are available in power sizes of 15-30kW. As to 37Kw the package enclosure is allowing adequate ventilation for operating in high ambient conditions (115F./46℃.).

Intellisys Control Option
Probably the best known name in compressor control systems, the optional intellisys control offers precise pressure control, energy saving functions and advanced asset protection.

Outdoor Modification
To further protect the compressor from rainwater ingress, IR offers an intake louver for the pre-filter, and a discharge cowling for the cooling air outlet.
