Ingersoll-Rand offers power and valve in the AirSource series
The Ingersoll-Rand AirSource series of portable compressors features the industry’s most reliable airend. Combining advanced engineering with our most cost-effective features, the AirSource series offers an innovative compressor that provides the ultimate in serviceability, durability, and convenience – all within your budget. AirSource compressors assure you of efficient, reliable performance, day after day.
New canopy design
The lockable canopy, made of a composite material, is lightweight, aerodynamic, and virtually indestructible.
Curbside controls and service valves
Keeps operators away from traffic for added safety. Valves are located near toolbox for quick hookup. One-handed startup, even with work gloves. The control panel is accessible and operational with the canopy open or closed.
Enhanced repairing simplicity
Remote separator element and complete access make AirSource and AirSource Plus easiest for maintenance..
Convenient toolbox
Large, low point-of-entry toolbox can easily accommodate two tools and commonly used accessories.
Remote separator element
Simple, spin-on design eliminates the need to enter separator tank and prevents spillage during oil changes.
Lower operating costs
Compact design and smaller footprint make these compressors easier to tow and more maneuverable in tight areas. Aerodynamic design conserves fuel during towing.
90-degree access canopy
Locks at 45-degrees or opens to industry-best 90 degrees for complete access. All potential service points are easily accessible without removing the canopy. No other compressor offers this level of serviceability.
AirSource is ideal for two-tool applications
The AirSource is designed to provide sufficient power to two tools simultaneously. With an output of 4.53M3/min(160cfm) and a pressure range of 5.5-8.6Bar(80-125psig), the AirSource is an exceptional value that allows you to meet even the toughest jobsite demands.
Cool-box airflow
Cool air enters through the rear and washes over internal components, keeping temperatures low and prolonging component life.
Corrosion resistant
These compressors utilize engineered composite materials and a three-step paint process to provide high corrosion resistance and ensure longer life of the unit. The fenders, bumper, and canopy are engineered with high strength plastic. The three-step paint process on the frame and tow bar includes a micro-zinc phosphate pretreatment, epoxy e-coat primer base, and polyurethane powder topcoat.
Enhanced mobility
These compressors offer go-anywhere mobility with torsional running gear, a heavy-duty 7-gauge steel frame, 54-inch track width, a fuel tank balanced over the wheels, and road-ready running gear and lights.
